If you want to upgrade your motorcycle turn signals to LED you may need a load equalizer. LED motorcycle light bulbs draw less power than incandescent light bulbs. This is great for some of the lights, but causes an issue for turn signals. Resistance is what causes the turn signal to work correctly. Most motorcycles' incandescent turn signals require a certain amount of power draw for them to operate properly. If there is not enough draw the turn signals will not flash properly, or simply will not flash at all. This is easily solved with a load equalizer. What the load equalizer does is place an artificial load on the circuit so the original blinker will work correctly and at the right speed.
